SHARE Updates



Please read these terms and conditions carefully and keep a copy for your records.

You agree that the awarding and use of all SHARE Points, including those bought hereunder, are at all times subject to the SHARE Terms and Conditions ( and the Majid Al Futtaim Privacy Policy ( 

We have the sole and exclusive authority and responsibility for modifying, terminating, and establishing the Terms and Conditions applicable to the SHARE Program. 


a. In these Terms: “We” or “us” or “our” means XSIGHT FUTURE SOLUTIONS LLC. “You” or “your” means the person who has purchased the SHARE Points and/or the nominated by the purchaser to use it (“the user”).

b. These Top Up Terms and Conditions will apply between you and us in relation to the Top Up with SHARE Points.

Top Up with SHARE Points Information

a. With Top Up capability, user can purchase SHARE Points by paying for these Points.

b. Minimum and maximum amount of top up points that can be purchased per transaction are pre-defined and are subject to change.

c. On purchasing the points, the user is eligible to get the promotional bonus points as per the ongoing promotional offer at that time. The user will not get the promotional benefit in case there is no promotional offer running at the time of Top Up. We will have no liability or responsibility to you should you be unable to use or redeem any bought Points.

d. User cannot use SHARE Points to purchase or top up with SHARE Points. 

e. User can check the top up value in points credited under the Transaction history page and under order details when the order is successfully placed.

Actions and Changes by Us

a. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. 


a. All Top Up transactions hereunder are non-refundable. 

b. Your request to purchase SHARE Points will be accepted only by the actual deposit of purchased Points into your SHARE account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to revoke or cancel any acceptance, cancel and/or reverse Top Up transactions at any time without informing you in advance. If we do, you will be able to receive the balance on your Top Up transaction to the original source of payment.

e. In the event of unauthorized access, theft, or misuse of the SHARE Account and associated point balance due to fraudulent activities, we shall not be held liable for any resulting loss, damage, or financial consequences incurred by you and we may, at our discretion, cancel, void, refuse to honour or confiscate such Points and pursue any and all other rights and remedies that may be available.
