SHARE Millionaire T&Cs

  1. The SHARE Millionaire campaign is valid from January 22, 2026 until February 12, 2026, as communicated through official SHARE and Majid Al Futtaim channels. 

  1. To qualify for entry, members must spend a minimum of EGP 2,500 or more in a single calendar day (cumulative) across any of the participating assets located within Majid Al Futtaim malls in Egypt, excluding telecommunications services (e.g. Vodafone). Participating assets include: 

  • Mall of Egypt
  • City Centre malls
  • VOX Cinemas (in participating malls)
  • Ski Egypt
  • Carrefour (in participating malls)
  • Magic Planet (in participating malls)

  1. The qualifying spend must be completed on the same calendar day. Spend made across multiple days will not be accumulated. 

  1. Online transactions are excluded from this promotion. Only in-mall, in-store transactions are eligible. 

  1. Members must present all original printed receipts at the SHARE booth located in the participating mall on the same day of purchase to qualify. 

  1. Only payments made by credit card, debit card, or cash are eligible for entry into the draw. Payments using points, including SHARE redemptions or other loyalty programmes, will not be considered. 

  1. Upon successful verification of receipts and spend threshold, the member’s SHARE ID (barcode) will be scanned at the SHARE booth, and the member will receive one (1) raffle ticket for every EGP 2,500 spent. 

  1. A maximum of five (5) raffle tickets may be issued per member per day. Any spend exceeding EGP 12,500 in a single day will still be capped at five (5) tickets. 

  1. The SHARE booth team will verify the member’s SHARE app and active membership status at the time of entry. 

  1. Members must have an active and valid SHARE account to participate. 

  1. Members who do not have the SHARE app installed or are not logged in at the time of verification will not be eligible to enter the raffle. 

  1. Members may enter the draw multiple times during the campaign period, provided each entry: 

  • Meets the minimum spend requirement, and
  • Is based on a new qualifying spend made on a different calendar day.

  1. Receipts and raffle tickets cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or misplaced. Lost tickets will result in forfeiture of the associated entry. 

  1. Receipts cannot be reused, duplicated, or combined across multiple days for multiple entries. All used receipts will be stamped by SHARE promoters. 

  1. Refunded, cancelled, or partially refunded transactions will result in automatic disqualification of the related raffle entry. 

  1. Employees of Majid Al Futtaim, its subsidiaries, their immediate family members, and campaign partners are not eligible to participate. 

  1. A total of six (6) winners will be selected through a random raffle draw conducted under the official supervision of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, distributed as follows: 

  • Two (2) winners from Mall of Egypt
  • Two (2) winners from City Centre Almaza
  • One (1) winner from City Centre Maadi
  • One (1) winner from City Centre Alexandria

  1. Winners will be notified using the contact details registered on their SHARE account. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate and up to date. If a winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, an alternate winner will be selected from the same mall. 

  1. Winners must be physically present on the announced prize collection date with their original raffle ticket(s) and a valid national ID. Failure to attend in person on the specified date will result in forfeiture of the prize. Attendance by proxy, including first-degree relatives, is not permitted. 

  1. The prize consists of 1,000,000 SHARE points, equivalent to EGP 100,000. 

  1. The prize will be credited to the winner’s registered SHARE account within seven (7) days of winner confirmation. 

  1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

  1. Majid Al Futtaim and SHARE reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected of fraudulent activity. 

  1. Majid Al Futtaim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 

  1. By participating in this promotion, members agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, where required, in accordance with applicable laws.
