1. The SHARE Millionaire campaign is valid for a limited promotional period as communicated across official SHARE and Majid Al Futtaim channels.

2. To qualify for entry, members must spend a minimum of EGP 2,000 or more in a single day (cumulative) across any of the participating assets located within Majid Al Futtaim malls in Egypt, including:

3. The qualifying spend must be completed on the same calendar day. Spend made across multiple days will not be accumulated.

4. Online transactions are excluded from this promotion. Only in-mall, in-store transactions are eligible.

5. Members must present all original printed receipts at the Customer Service Desk of the participating mall on the same day of purchase to qualify.

6. Upon successful verification of the receipts and spend threshold, the member will receive one raffle ticket to be entered into the draw.

7. The Customer Service Desk will also verify the member’s SHARE app and active membership at the time of entry.

8. Members must have an active and valid SHARE account to participate.

9. If the member does not have the app installed or is not logged in, entry will not be considered valid.

10. A digital voucher will be activated for the member upon successful validation of their entry (if applicable as part of the campaign mechanics).

13. Refunded, cancelled, or partially refunded transactions will lead to automatic disqualification of the related raffle entry.

15. Raffle winners will be selected through a random ballot draw conducted under official supervision.

16. Winners will be notified using the contact details registered on their SHARE account. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure their details are accurate and up to date.

17. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

18. Majid Al Futtaim and SHARE reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or suspected of fraudulent activity.

19. Majid Al Futtaim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

20. By participating in this promotion, members agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, if required, in accordance with applicable laws.
