Terms & Conditions

This promotional game is conducted via our official Instagram account and will run from 19 – 23 February 2026.

Participation

• This game is open to UAE residents only.
• No purchase is required to participate.
• To enter, participants must comment their guess on the designated teaser post.
• Participants must correctly guess both the product and the brand name to be eligible.
• Only entries submitted on the same day as the teaser post will be considered valid.
• Each participant is allowed one (1) guess per post only.

Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winners will be selected based on correct answers and announced via our official Instagram account.
If multiple participants submit correct answers, the winner will be the participant who posts the first correct comment, according to Instagram’s timestamp.

Winner Confirmation

• The winner will be selected at 11:00 AM on the following day. The selected winner must respond on the same day to confirm their personal details and claim the prize.
• If the winner does not reply on time, the prize will be cancelled, and another winner may be selected.

• Delivery details will be arranged with the confirmed winner. The prize will be delivered within (7) days of confirmation.

Prize Conditions

• The prize is limited to the product featured in the game only.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

General Conditions

• Participants must provide accurate personal information when requested.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility, including UAE residency, before awarding any prize.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who submits incomplete entries, multiple guesses, or entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Rights & Liability

• Majid Al Futtaim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the game at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, winners agree that their username, may be used for promotional purposes related to this campaign, with applicable laws.
